The reason is that not everyone has access to facebook, and facebook has a lot of attraction that distracts from the important information and you have to click many times until you reach the requested information.

Why are there some pages that require a user-id with password for access?
These pages contain materials for the only use of choir members. For example there are song recordings which are made for practicing purposes but not for public performance.
As a choir member you should have received a user-id (Benutzername) and password for the further access.
As an interested guest you surely can also get access - just ask for it.
